Privacy Policy

AI Studio is operated by Avente Matnitch Pvt. Ltd., a private limited company registered in India in 2024, with its registered office at District Poonch, Jammu and Kashmir 185101, India (“we”, “us”). We are the data fiduciary for the personal data described here under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.

• Account details — name, email address, username, profile photo and password (stored securely by our sign-in provider, never in plain text).
• What you create and upload — prompts, scripts, ideas, photos, videos, audio, character pictures and the images and videos the AI makes for you.
• Posts and activity — what you publish to your profile or the feed, likes, comments, follows and notifications.
• Payments — the amount, credits bought and a payment reference. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by our payment gateway; we never see or store them.
• Usage and device data — pages used, features used, credit spending, approximate location from IP address, browser and device type, and error logs.
• Voice input — when you use a microphone feature, the recording is turned into text and not kept after that.

• To run your account and the creative tools — generating scripts, images, videos and voiceovers from your input.
• To keep your credit balance and transaction history, and to process top-ups and refunds.
• To show your public posts and profile to other people, as you choose.
• To keep the service safe — preventing fraud, abuse and content that breaks our Content Policy.
• To send service messages and, if you allow them, notifications.
• To improve the product using aggregated, de-identified usage statistics.

To generate content, your prompts and the files you add to a generation are sent to AI model providers — through services such as OpenRouter and RunPod — and to the model makers they connect to (for example Google, OpenAI or ByteDance). They process it only to return your result, under their own terms.

We also use these service providers:

• Google Firebase / Google Cloud — sign-in, database, file storage and push notifications.
• Payment gateway — to take payments for credits.
• YouTube — some pages embed YouTube videos, which YouTube serves under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with these providers, when the law requires it, or to protect our users and service.

Anything you post to your profile or the feed is public and can be seen, shared and saved by others. Drafts and projects you don't publish stay private to your account.

We keep your account data while your account is open. When you delete content or your account, we delete it from our active systems within 30 days, except where we must keep records longer by law (for example payment and tax records) or to resolve disputes.

Under the DPDP Act you can:

• Get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
• Correct, complete, update or erase your personal data.
• Withdraw consent at any time (this may stop some features from working).
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated.
• Raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India.

Email ai@aventematnitch.in to use any of these rights. We reply within 30 days.

AI Studio is for people aged 18 and over. Anyone under 18 may use it only with verifiable consent from a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly track or target ads at children.

We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable cloud providers to protect your data. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember settings (such as your chosen AI models and theme) and keep the service secure. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Our providers may process data outside India. We only use providers that protect it to standards equal to this policy, and we follow any restrictions the Government of India sets on such transfers.
