Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Avente Matnitch Pvt. Ltd. (registered in India in 2024; District Poonch, Jammu and Kashmir 185101, India), which operates AI Studio. By creating an account or using the service you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy and Content Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's or guardian's consent. You must give accurate details, keep your password safe and are responsible for everything done from your account.

AI Studio gives you AI tools to write scripts, make images, posters and videos, edit your own footage and share your work. Features and AI models change over time; we may add, change or remove them. AI results can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to results others get — please review everything before you use or publish it.

• AI generations use prepaid credits. The cost is shown before you generate.
• You can top up from ₹100; each ₹1 buys 3 credits (₹100 = 300 credits). Prices are in Indian rupees.
• Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred or resold, and can only be used on AI Studio.
• If a generation fails, its credits go back to your balance automatically.
• Refunds of money follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• We may change prices or credit costs for the future; credits you already bought keep their value.

You keep ownership of what you upload and, to the extent the law and the AI providers' terms allow, of what you create with the service. You give us a licence to store, process and display it only to run the service — and, for what you choose to publish, to show it to other users.

You must have the rights to everything you upload — photos, videos, music, characters and other people's likeness. Do not upload films, shows or clips you don't own or have permission to use.

You agree to follow our Content Policy. You must not misuse the service — for example by breaking the law, impersonating others, making deceptive deepfakes, infringing copyright, attacking or overloading our systems, or reselling access.

The AI Studio name, logo, website, software and sample content belong to us or our licensors. These terms don't give you any right to them beyond using the service.

The service relies on third parties such as AI model providers, cloud hosting, payment gateways and embedded content (for example YouTube). Their services are subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law, including on a valid complaint from a rights holder or authority. To report content or a copyright issue, see our Content Policy.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Unused credits on accounts closed for abuse are not refunded.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI results will be accurate or fit a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

You agree to compensate us for claims and losses caused by content you upload or publish, or by your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Poonch, Jammu and Kashmir, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms. We will post changes here and update the date above; for significant changes we will tell you in advance. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.
